Manasee Paranjape Ambhaikar brings deep-rooted technical expertise and an unwavering passion for sustainability to her role as Co-Founder of Green Initiatives & Sustainable Solutions (GISS), an environmental venture under the aegis of EVPL. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron, Ohio, and a successful career in geotechnical and environmental engineering in Southern California, Manasee saw firsthand the urgent need for sustainable practices in everyday life.
Motivated by this conviction and sharing a common vision with her brother, she co-founded GISS to create practical, forward-thinking solutions to environmental challenges. Flaunt Green - GISS’s sustainable fashion arm - emerged from Manasee’s personal mission to bridge a significant gap in the fashion landscape: to offer globally appealing, aesthetically consistent designs that serve as a credible, ethical alternative to fast fashion.
“Sustainable fashion must go beyond fabric choices,” Manasee asserts. “It demands a fundamental shift in how we value and consume clothing. True style embraces responsibility without compromise.”
Her philosophy extends to all aspects of life—including her beloved Beagle, Waffles. A cherished comfort companion at EVPL, Waffles is always ready for a friendly chin wag and serves as the unofficial morale officer. He’s also the proud (and picky) mascot of Dog Togs, Flaunt Green’s sustainable fashion line for furry friends, with every piece earning his famously fastidious paw of approval.
In her day-to-day leadership, Manasee draws on her engineering background to bring structure, clarity, and purpose to GISS. She inspires a diverse team of sustainability advocates by fostering a culture of open dialogue, collaborative problem-solving, and genuine empowerment—ensuring every voice is heard and every idea has the space to grow.

Fashion Designer
Designer extraordinaire, meet Siddhi our irrepressible bundle of energy and the sole GenZ member of our team. This dame had the courage to give up on her computer engineering degree course and pursue her true calling of being a fashion designer. Channeling her innate creativity with an eye on the finished product she does not hesitate to chide each member until we meet her exacting high standards!
Kushal
Fashion Consultant
Kushal is our in-house style monitor. He has traversed an unlikely path from genetic engineering to fashion design. Yes we know! & appreciate this cerebral bent to our designs. A stickler for precision Kushal insists on being hands on for all our pattern making. The team relies on his impeccable fashion sense to style our garments. He is a treasure trove of ideas for our PR team and ensures a cohesive presentation for social media. Needless to say his au courant sense of style often extends to critiquing the team and we love him for it!
Meen
Creative Director
An inveterate student of fashion, Meen identified his sense of purpose early on - to bring fashion to the world. Easy to spot dressed in his signature style, his hobby is antiquing for vintage fashion. Meen has imbibed the values of Flaunt Green and imbued our designs with a unique aesthetics that are a signature of Flaunt Green - versatility and timelessness. The team trusts him to go the extra mile and find solutions to keep our silhouettes sustainable without compromising on the style quotient.
Mugdha
Associate GISS
This girl is our unflappable anchor in the riotous frenzied maelstrom of activity - that’s everyday in the life of GISS! A trained environmentalist Mugdha values the creative space that GISS offers. The team values her meticulous planning and foresight. She routinely helps the team circumvent any potential pitfalls. We are now all rooting for her to successfully launch Shadval (a sustainable lifestyle product line) in the coming months.
Waffles
The Boss
The undisputed king of the entire EVPL castle, Waffles rules his devoted subjects with an iron fist and a benign heart! Waffles has a penchant for yoga poses and cozy naps. The team is attuned to his every need and fulfills his every whim and command. He even got us to venture into an unknown territory and extend our core value of sustainability to a petswear line, Dog Togs! We hope you will value the completely eco-friendly designs specially curated for him and his furry friends as much as we did making them!
